We are looking for a bright talented individual that has sales experience or a strong desire to embark on a career within construction sales. The Role of Area Sales Consultant – London and Home Counties

  • This is a field / office-based position with the opportunity to work from home (that will give a driven, hungry candidate the opportunity to fast track their career within a leading hard surface repair company.
  • As Area Sales Consultant, you will work in partnership with the National Sales Manager who will
    support with your development.
  • You will support, generating leads in new construction, refurbishment, restoration and renovation projects with Contractors.
  • As Area Sales Consultant you will receive full comprehensive on-going training and be given a
    personal development plan.
  • £25,000 basic (Pay review after 3 month probation period).
  • Competitive OTE and bonus (conditions apply).
  • 21 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays (rising to 25 days, 1 day each year on your work anniversary).

In return, what we would like from you…

  • Experience in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development
  • Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Willing to build good ongoing relationships with customers
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Presentable with an outgoing personality
  • Good planning, organisational and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel to all sales sites around your area at times specified
  • May involve overnight stays if working away
  • Full driving licence
