For more than 30 years, Mark Henderson has been a driving force behind the technical knowledge, repair methodologies and exacting standards that define our work.
His experience has not simply shaped how repairs are carried out. It has shaped how generations of Magicman technicians are trained, mentored and encouraged to continually raise the bar.
That contribution now forms part of the foundations on which APOLLO and our NOCN endorsed Hard Surface Repair Programme have been built.
Through this next chapter, the knowledge Mark helped develop will be captured, structured and passed on, giving future technicians a recognised route into the profession and clients greater confidence in the standards behind every repair.
