In some instances, where surfaces are particularly fragile or have been previously damaged, repairs may be carried out without a warranty, provided complete transparency and agreement are obtained beforehand.

- Heat above 350°F (177°C) or exposure to direct flame
- Excess moisture, standing water or structural movement
- Rust or corrosion
- New physical damage (e.g. chips, scratches)
- Repairs agreed and completed without warranty due to prior risk being highlighted

Looking After Your Repair
Proper aftercare helps preserve the finish, maintain the warranty, and keep your surface looking its best for years to come.
Don't Touch the Repair
Allow the repaired area to fully cure. Large items need 24 hours, smaller repairs at least 8 hours.
Use Gentle Cleaners Only
Non-abrasive liquid cleaners with a soft cloth. No harsh chemicals, dyes, or abrasive pads.
Avoid Heat & Moisture
No excessive heat, movement, or standing water on the repaired surface.
