A Better Way to Deliver Property Services

Our story starts in 1996, when the UK business launched as Multiassistance Limited, part of the Spanish group Multiasistencia SA. Those early years were about learning: understanding the UK insurance market, how claims work and what customers really need when something goes wrong at home.

2008: A Defining Moment

In 2008, everything changed. Following a management buyout led by CEO Paul Hayman, the business became MA Assist, an independent company with a clear vision and the freedom to build something better for the UK market. From there, we got the fundamentals right: building our own systems, modernising claims handling, creating a high-quality national supply chain, raising technical standards and building a culture grounded in ownership and performance.

2017: Expanding Our Expertise

With strong foundations in place, we started to grow. We launched Virtus Validations, bringing a more rigorous, evidence-based approach to surveying and validation. At the same time, we created NHCC (New Homes Customer Care) to support housebuilders with professional, end-to-end customer care after handover. Today, it's the UK's only NHQB-accredited provider in this space.

2019 to 2025: Building a Complete Capability

From 2019 onwards, growth accelerated, bringing together specialist businesses to create a fully integrated group:

  • Revival UK (2019): Strengthened our fire and flood restoration capability
  • TREVOR (2020): Our first AI innovation, a predictive drying tool
  • Chem-Dry UK / Revival Blue (2022): A fully integrated restoration network
  • CRC (2024): Specialist cosmetic repairs, mastic and brick tinting
  • Magicman (2025): Market-leading surface repair capability
