Magicman technician Laith Zaki received unique recognition recently when conducting repairs onboard the Costa Deliziosa. In recognition of his outstanding efforts and for going the extra mile, the ship’s staff awarded Mr Laith with a plaque of the vessel.
Faced with significant challenges on board, he performed brilliantly, and the crew commented on his “constructive and accommodating” approach.
When asked for suggestions for improvement, the answer was ‘none’. Well done, Laith, and thank you for continuing to enhance Magicman’s reputation on the international stage.
