Motorhome Worktop Hole Filled and Marble Effect Rebuilt

When this motorhome was being refitted, a redundant fixing left a clean drilled hole punched straight through the worktop. The surface is a warm beige marble effect laminate, and a dark round void in the middle of it is the sort of flaw that undermines an otherwise tidy conversion. The before image shows the hole sitting in open worktop near the front edge, the pale chipboard core visible inside the bore where the original fitting had been removed.

Our laminate worktop repair filled that hole solid from below, built the surface back up flush and then rebuilt the marble effect over the top. The technician colour matched the soft tan ground and feathered in the gentle veining and mottling so the filled spot took on the same pattern as the rest of the top. The after photograph shows an unbroken stretch of beige marble effect worktop with no trace of the hole, the repair completely lost within the natural movement of the pattern.
