Today we have made an exciting announcement – Magicman have selected a team of technicians to become Regional Supervisors. These supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of technicians in their designated areas, ensuring that top-quality service is delivered to every customer. Most recently, we have put six technicians through the PAT Testing and SSSTS courses to enhance their competency while on site. The SSSTS course focuses on providing supervisors with the necessary skills to effectively manage a team on site. It covers important topics such as health and safety regulations, communication strategies, and conflict resolution, all of which are vital for ensuring that every repair job is carried out efficiently and safely.
