Magicman technician Laith Zaki received unique recognition recently when conducting repairs onboard the Costa Deliziosa. In acknowledgement of his superb efforts and for going the extra mile, ship staff awarded ‘Mr. Laith’ with a placque of the ship.
Faced with significant challenges on board, he performed brilliantly and crew commented on his “very helpful and accomodating” approach.
When asked for suggestions for improvement, the answer was simply ‘none’. Well done Laith and thank you for continuing to enhance the reputation of Magicman on the international stage.
