Chipped Beech Table Corner Rebuilt and Re-Grained

A sharp knock to the corner of this pale beech table had done real harm. The edge banding had cracked and split away, peeling back to reveal the darker board beneath and leaving a ragged, broken profile along the front lip. Replacing the whole table would have meant unnecessary cost, downtime and waste for what was, in truth, a small area of damage. Our technicians carried out an engineered repair on site instead. They rebuilt the missing corner with Magicman proprietary materials, re formed the crisp edge profile, then colour matched and re grained the patch to flow into the existing beech finish. Start to finish, it took a single visit with very little disruption.

The corner now sits smooth and square, the edge running unbroken and the grain matched straight across the join. Look as hard as you like and the break simply is not there any more.
