Looking Back at 2024

As we approach the end of 2024, we’re proud to reflect on a year filled with achievements, sustainability milestones, and exciting projects. Our customers and technicians have genuinely made a difference this year.

Sustainability in Action

Thanks to our customers choosing to repair rather than replace, we’ve prevented tonnes of waste from ending up in landfills. This has saved money and reduced overproduction, achieving a remarkable 74% reduction in CO2 emissions.

In addition, through our Trees 4 Travel initiative, we’ve planted over 6,000 trees this year to offset the carbon we produce. These efforts underline our commitment to being a carbon-neutral business and supporting our customers’ sustainability goals.

Global Projects, Local Impact

Our technicians have worked on an incredible variety of projects this year. From cruise ships in the Bahamas and Alaska to hotel rooms in London’s iconic The Shard and York’s prestigious The Grand, their expertise has made a difference in hospitals, building sites, and even individual homes.

Connecting with the Industry

We also showcased our expertise at some of the world’s leading industry events. These included CSI Miami and CSI Europe (Cruise Ship Interiors Expo) at ExCeL London, where we highlighted our latest innovations and surface solutions.

As well as these leading cruise ship events, we also exhibited at the I Love Claims insurance event held at the Telford International Arena and networked at the Care Home Conference and UK Hotel Forum in Stratford-upon-Avon, and the EU Hotel Forum in Berlin this year.

In 2025, we’ll continue to uphold our rigorous standards by renewing our ISO, Construction Line, and SSIP certifications. These certifications reflect our ongoing commitment to health and safety, the environment, and quality, making us one of the few companies that can fully validate these promises.

New Surface Solutions

Our dedicated R&D team has been hard at work developing new surface repair solutions for materials such as glass and marble. These innovations will expand our service offerings and provide even more value to our customers in the coming year.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new website, Magicman Marine, specifically designed to serve our marine clients. This marks another step forward in offering specialised cruise ship and marine industry services.
